Salted Blue Butter Cookies

Origins doesn't use cookies to track you. So instead, why not make your own?

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Cook blueberries in a pan until jammy. Yum!
  4. Beat the blueberries into the sugar…like a lot. Use a mixer.
  5. Mix dry ingredients together, then add in the wet stuff and mix
  6. Add in chocolate chips and nuts
  7. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes, then take out and form into balls
  8. This is the point where you can freeze them for future use, or bake them right away.
  9. To bake, press each ball down on cookie sheet until flat and top with finishing salt (Maldon works great).
  10. Bake ~12 minutes, or until the edges / top begin to brown just a bit.
  11. Let rest on a cooling rack for a few minutes. Eat!
